Kristus

Solo exhibition at Halmtorvet 15 Copenhagen (2017)

She loved one child more than she loved the other. She had one child with a man she loved and the other with a man she did not love. But something bound her to the child she had with the man she did not love. Something she could not place with the man she loved and therefore had to place elsewhere.

The exhibition opened at 4 am at night.
It contained a live streaming which was broadcast on the website www.kristus.online

60 – minute performance by Anna Reinbacher
monologue – air drawings (clothing)

Anna Reinbacher walked by one step in front of the viewer when the viewer approached her. She looked above the viewers eyes while she recite the monologue:
« Hi. let me introduce myself: My name is the letter P.
I am twelve years old, which is the age between being a child and an adult.
I want to describe an art piece: Two transparent glass plates have been installed with a gap between them. The plates carry a hole, and the holes carry a lid. The holes in the plates point to each other and connect the plates. At both holes a sensor has been installed. The sensor receives the movements from the opposing hole, and keep the lids off the holes.
The intention behind the art piece is to activate and deactivate the holes at the same time. »
Reinbacher walked the step back.
